Overwatch Founder, Jim Wade, to Retire

the appointment of Randy Averitte to senior vice president
and general manager of its Overwatch Tactical Operations (Overwatch
TacOps) operating unit. Overwatch TacOps is a software and
hardware development firm specializing in C4SIR (Command,
Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance
and Reconnaissance) systems for the U.S. Government.
"Randy is a proven leader. He has helped
build a strong business at Overwatch TacOps that is meeting
the growing demand for C4ISR systems within the Department
of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and U.S.
intelligence agencies," said Frank Tempesta, president
of Textron Systems. "Randy succeeds Jim Wade, who created
an innovative company with cutting-edge solutions that provide

Averitte, previously Overwatch TacOps' executive
vice president, will take over management of the operating
unit from Wade immediately.
